To get these epic goofy goodies into your hands as quickly as possible, we offer the following shipping options (all orders are shipped from Hong Kong):

🇭🇰 Hong Kong Local Delivery (Hong Kong SAR) We primarily use S.F. Express, offering flexible delivery and pickup options:

  • EF Locker Pickup: HK$50.00

  • S.F. Store Pickup: HK$50.00

  • Office / Home Delivery: HK$60.00

  • Giant Goofy Package: If your item falls under heavy goods (5-25kg), we offer a special discounted rate of HK$40!

✈️ International Shipping Good things are meant to be shared with the world! We currently ship to over 27 countries and regions (including Australia, United Kingdom, United States and more):

  • Flat Rate International Shipping: HK$250.00 (Note: Actual delivery times depend on the destination's customs and local logistics. Expedited options may be available for certain regions and will be displayed at checkout.)

PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed in the sequence they are received by our system.

  • We strive to pack and ship your epic goodies within 2-3 Days. However, during busy holiday seasons, processing times might take a little longer. We truly appreciate your patience!

  • Please note that placing an order today does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Our Goofy team needs to recharge during weekends and public holidays! Therefore, orders placed on these days will be processed the following business week.

  • Wondering where your package is? Simply click the tracking link in your "Shipping Confirmation" email to check its latest status, or feel free to reach out to our customer service team anytime.

RETURNS

RETURN OF PURCHASE Changed your mind? No worries! As long as your order meets the following conditions, you can submit a return request via our customer service email:

  1. The item must be unopened and unused (We know the RetroByte Buddy is tempting to play with, but returns must remain in their original, sealed condition!).

  2. The item must have been purchased directly from the official GoofyGoodies website.

  3. The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

  • If you discover any damage or operational issues upon receiving your item (we promise this is definitely not a joke!), please contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Defective electronic devices are eligible for a replacement claim within a [1-year / 2-year] warranty period starting from the purchase date.
